The Toronto Oil & Gas internship and recruiting program continues to be very successful and holds significant value for the company. Our interns are given responsibilities and assignments comparable with those of the professionals they are working with. My time as a summer intern fully prepared me for my transition to full-time employee.

I came to work at Toronto Oil & Gas as a reservoir engineer right out of college. As a young engineer, I was given a great deal of responsibility and it encouraged and pushed me to work hard and learn quickly. I have been exposed to all the different engineering disciplines, which has allowed me to gain valuable experience early in my career. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the people I work with. Everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have formed great friendships with my coworkers and they have really become a second family to me.
